These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of tradesource.com (the “Site”) and any recruiting communications you receive from TradeSource, Inc. (“TradeSource,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including calls and text messages from our AI-assisted virtual recruiting service (“AI Virtual Recruiter”). By using the Site or responding to our communications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or respond to our outreach.
1. Who We Are
TradeSource is a construction staffing company that connects contractors with skilled tradespeople. Our Services include job search and placement assistance, the Site, and recruiting communications by phone, text, and email, including communications sent or placed with the help of AI-assisted tools.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for individuals who are legally eligible to work in the United States and who are at least 18 years old. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
If you provide your mobile phone number to TradeSource or otherwise opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from TradeSource — including messages sent through our AI Virtual Recruiter — related to job opportunities, screening questions, interview scheduling, and other employment-related information, at the mobile number provided.

- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your job search activity and may include multiple messages per week during active recruiting.

- Not a condition of service: Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of any job placement or the use of our Services.

4. AI-Assisted and Automated Phone Calls
TradeSource uses an AI Virtual Recruiter to place some outbound recruiting calls. These calls may use an AI-generated voice to ask about topics such as your current employment status, trade and licensing, years of experience, work authorization, and desired pay rate.
- At the start of an AI-assisted call, you will be told that you are speaking with an AI-assisted virtual recruiting assistant.
- Some calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training, and recordkeeping purposes. Where applicable state law requires the consent of all parties before a call is recorded, that disclosure will be provided at the start of the call, and continuing the call constitutes consent; you may decline and request a human recruiter instead.
- Revoking consent. You may ask, at any time, to stop receiving calls or to speak with a human recruiter, by telling the recruiter (human or AI) directly or by contacting us using the information in Section 12.
- Not a condition of Consenting to be contacted by phone, including by our AI Virtual Recruiter, is not a condition of any job placement.
5. Job Postings and Placement Services
Job postings, screening results, and communications from our recruiters (human or AI-assisted) are provided for informational purposes to help match candidates with contractor clients. TradeSource does not guarantee employment, placement, a specific pay rate, or the availability of any particular job opportunity. Final hiring decisions are made by our contractor clients.

6. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to: submit false or misleading information; attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site; scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without permission; or use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the TradeSource name and marks — is owned by or licensed to TradeSource and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site or our communications may reference or link to third-party websites or services, including our AI Virtual Recruiter platform provider. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and our Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeSource will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our Services, including communications from our AI Virtual Recruiter, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
