3. Written skills test, by level and trade

Next, we will ask you to complete a written skills test to make sure that your skills will meet our clients’ expectations.

4. Reference check

We will contact the references you provided to make sure that we find you the jobs that match your skills and interests. Our purpose is to help you make the best use of your talents, and the way you like to work.

5. Drug testing

The final step is our drug screen, to ensure that we provide our clients with tradespeople who are going to improve work site safety and increase productivity.
