Founded in 1995, TradeSource began as an idea by two ambitious entrepreneurs. Both men had backgrounds in either construction or real estate and recognized an opportunity in skilled project based labor. They realized valuable time and money was being wasted searching, screening and retaining skilled workers on a project-by-project basis.

From our early beginnings in a single office located in Fairfield County, CT, TradeSource has grown to over 30 offices around the country serving hundreds of customers. Our skilled workforce numbers in the thousands and comprises of electricians, carpenters, plumbers, masons, HVAC technicians, drywallers, and more!
