President and CEO
Jim joined TradeSource in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to President and CEO in 2003.
Jim was instrumental in successfully re-positioning the company during the 2000’s and recently completed the recapitalization of TradeSource in a private transaction.
Prior to TradeSource, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer of Network Six, Inc. a publicly traded (NASDAQ) corporation where he helped position the sale of the company to a Fortune 100 entity.
Jim is a graduate of Providence College and has a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Northeastern University.
Vice President, Finance and CFO
Gordon joined TradeSource in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all financial and accounting issues, including credit and collections, banking and cash management.
Gordon has 20 years of experience working for the manufacturing and service industries.
Gordon has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island.
Director, Benefits and Risk Management
Kevin joined TradeSource in 2006 as Director of Benefits and Risk Management from TAC Worldwide Companies. Kevin is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the company wide safety program, all insurance and benefits matters and compliance with all regulatory and legal issues.
Kevin is a member of the Safety Committee for the American Staffing Association.
In total, Kevin has over thirteen years of experience in the Temporary Staffing Industry and nineteen years in Insurance and Risk Management.
Kevin has a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Anselm College.
Operations Support Manager
Kevin joined TradeSource in 2005 as Systems Administrator, after working in the same capacity in the radio broadcast industry.
In 2011, Kevin was promoted to Operations Support Manager, where he works with the senior management team, to ensure operational efficiency within the TradeSource organization. Kevin provides technical, operational, and marketing support to every TradeSource office and team member. Kevin is also responsible for the physical setup and implementation of each TradeSource branch office.
Kevin studied Electronics Engineering at New England Institute of Technology.
Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager
Anthony joined TradeSource in 1998 and has held many positions during his career. Anthony began as an Operations Coordinator, working out of the corporate office.
During his time, Anthony has been promoted into different operational and management roles within the organization. As the Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager, Anthony oversees the largest TradeSource branch office network and leads its most tenured staff.
Anthony has a Bachelor of Science degree, with a specialization in Management, from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY.
New England Regional Manager
Brian joined TradeSource in 1998 after serving his country in the Marine Corps. Brian began as a Recruiter in our Massachusetts branch.
After a brief hiatus, in which Brian managed his own business venture in Florida, he returned to TradeSource and was soon promoted to Account Manager. As Account Manager, Brian was responsible for the business development and account management of two local offices. Brian then assumed the management role for additional offices. Brian’s success lead him to being promoted as the Regional Manager for the northern New England territory.
Brian is an OSHA 500 Certified Trainer and active member of the New England chapters of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).
Midwest Regional Manager
Jeff joined TradeSource in 2005 as the Account Manager in the Pittsburgh, PA market.
As Midwest Regional Manager, Jeff oversees TradeSource’s western Pennsylvania and Ohio operations. Prior to his career at TradeSource, Jeff held sales positions with FedEx Services and Enterprise Rent A Car.
Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree from Duquesne University.
Southeast Regional Manager
Darin joined TradeSource in 2001 as Account Manager in our Richmond, VA office.
Darin was promoted to Southeast Regional Manager where he oversees TradeSource’s largest geographical footprint, with offices from northern Virginia to New Orleans, LA. Darin has over 25 years of sales experience working with companies like Aramark and Pitney Bowes in the past.
Darin has a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
