TradeSource began as a single idea between two ambitious entrepreneurs who had backgrounds in construction and real estate. While on the job, they saw that valuable time and money was being wasted searching, screening, and retaining skilled workers on a project-by-project basis. Based on this experience, the two came together and developed an idea for a company that focused 100% on delivering flexible, contract labor solutions to the construction industry.
